"Closing Costs" are the fees that cover the various services involved when you sell or buy residential real estate. Buyers & sellers almost always negotiate to determine who will pay different portions of these closing costs.

Many of the closing costs associated with buying a house are associated with getting a loan. Since Premier Nationwide Lending is highly experienced with mortgages & closings, we are closing cost experts.

Good Faith Estimate (Also know as the GFE)

Buyers get a "Good Faith Estimate" of closing costs at the time the loan application is submitted to the lender. The closing costs enumerated in the Good Faith Estimate are estimated based on Premier Nationwide Lending's experience with mortgage loans, but costs usually vary by small amounts between delivery of the Good Faith Estimate (GFE) and closing. We will be glad to review the "Good Faith Estimate," answering your questions and pointing out costs that can change slightly at the closing table.

We've provided a general list of closing costs below, but we will provide you a specific list of closing costs, with amounts, very soon after you have completed your application.
